July 2011

Adranosite-(Fe): if you're a systematic collector looking for it: we have it...! We found it first in 2005, after which Dr.Uwe Kolitsch and Dr.Franz Brandstätter described it as a new phase in 2007. Now, in 2011, Donatella Mitolo et al. are publishing it as a new mineral. If you want a specimen: contact us ;) O yes: and we were two weeks in Switzerland and found some rare Mn-V-As-minerals. You know where to find us if you're interested, analyses are still running ;)

Thanks to everyone who stopped by our table in Ste.Marie-aux-Mines. You made it a super mineral fair for us! We had a lot of fun during the long days at our side of the table, and very enjoyable evenings. See you in Poland next week, San Francisco, on our travels and... in Munich in the 'guests from overseas section' in hall A6!
